It's basically a stock-car conversion of the Moonhawk. The first NASCAR stock-car mod that was for an already existing car was the early to mid 80s Moonhawk NASCAR Stock-car. The community has been doing alot of skins and building other manufacturers on top of the Chevy body too.Īnd there are 2 other NASCAR stock-car mods as well, but this time they are for existing vehicles. There is also a real life skin pack made by one of the people that have worked on this. The speedway configurations pull the car to the left as they turn left only on those races, which is a drawback, but it can be fixed in the tuning section. It also comes with an advanced set-up pack, which was not designed for use with keyboard players, although if you're good enough you can drive the advanced set-ups with a keyboard still. The mod comes with many set-ups, for road courses, short tracks, super speedways and a few more special, never-to-be-seen-in-real-life(-probably) set-ups. The mod also has options for a smaller or bigger spoiler. It has multiple configurations and fictional skins. It has very good deformation despite only having a Chevy body. The last one is Solarpower's Gen 6 NASCAR Stock-Car, which is by far the best one out there. And funny enough, you can actually put the NASCAR wheels from this mod on any car that supports 5-lugs.

This mod is purposed for oval racing only, which is another flaw. Their Gen 6 is no different, as the car has bad deformation despite looking like it will have good deformation when you turn on the jbeam. and they are also known for bad deformation. 2Fast Racing has a bad reputation since themselves use stolen models and etc. The mod has models taken from NASCAR Heat games and uses assets from the late model (the author gave them full permissions), but unlike SP's Gen 6, this one has detailed real life liveries and all 2021 manufacturers. The second one is the 2Fast NASCAR Gen 6 Stock Car, which released just one day before Solarpower's Gen-6 (AKA the best NASCAR mod out there for now).

I think I remember seeing some Monte Carlo SS schemes in one of them, just like in the pictures you have. It also includes schemes that have decals of older cars.

There are also tons of skin packs with tons of skins that can be found in the forums. While it hasn't been updated in quite a while due to the author quitting modding and moving on with his life, it still works without any issues as far as anyone knows. The first one is the late-model, which I just explained above. Only 3, and the first one made was remotely a NASCAR stock-car, more of another stock-car, but it was considered as a NASCAR one just because it used decals of 2013-2016 models that are now used in ARCA. There are only 3 NASCAR stock-car mods that the community has done so far, yes.
